1. Agreement to Terms

Catch A Rat Pest Solutions provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:

• Rodent control (rats, mice, squirrels)
• Insect control (bed bugs, cockroaches, ants, moths, flies)
• Wasp and bee removal
• General pest inspection and prevention
• Emergency pest control services

3. Booking and Appointments

• All service bookings are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
• Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
• Additional charges may apply for emergency or out-of-hours services

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer service guarantees subject to the following conditions:

• Guarantees are provided in writing at the time of service
• Follow-up treatments are included where specified
• Customer must follow all recommended preventive measures
• Guarantees may be void if property conditions change significantly

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the pest problem
• Grant safe access to all affected areas
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians
• Remove or protect food items, pets, and sensitive materials as advised
• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special circumstances
• Keep children and pets away from treated areas as instructed

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective pest control services:

• We are not liable for damage caused by pest infestations prior to treatment
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are fully insured for public and professional liability
• Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion

8. Health and Safety

All treatments are carried out in accordance with UK health and safety regulations. We use approved products and methods that are safe when used as directed. Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Catch A Rat Pest Solutions and protected by copyright laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
